It depends.

I assume you do not have a local computer running the SqueezeBoxServer
software, right?
Have you attached a harddisk/SD card to the Touch?
Or are you not playing any local music files at all?
(I.e. you only access Internet Radio and/or Music Services like
Rhapsody, Spotify...)

A SqueezeBox is always connected to exactly one specific server.

This can either be

1.) A local computer running the SBS software
2.) The Tiny-SBS within the SB Touch (only if you connect a HDD via USB
or a SD card)
3.) MySqueezeBox.com

In case 1.) and 2.), you need to open port 9000 on the router and
manually point SqueezeCommander to your server.

In case 3.), you can control your SB Touch through the MySB website or
by using SqueezeCommander. (No other steps necessary.)
