You can buy a complete used SB3 for $150-$200 on eBay or Audiogon. Keep looking, you will find one. I just sold mine on Audiogon, with a custom linear power supply, about 2 weeks ago. Doubt you will find just the case for sale anywhere, though. Craigslist maybe?
