I agree that you're unlikely to find just a case anywhere. Craigslist and eBay are decent options, and also every now and then someone turns up here reporting that their SB has mysteriously died, in which case you might be able to agree on a transfer and then do the guts transplant with the innards from your SB3.
If I remember correctly there were a few such posts in the past couple months.
