Strange, I'm not very far along in the process but the last.fm agreements I've seen so far suggest that "for most cases we don't charge for a commercial license." It could be that the cases where this falls apart is when you want to get artwork....
I mean, here we're talking about the user's own music and populating artwork, but what if the same track comes up in a last.fm playlist. We don't need an agreement to show the artwork -- or do we?
