Well, only for the swipe-left search. If you have a hardware search key (do you?) or if you use menu->search then your results will launch into a dedicated browse window which should be full-screen.
I know it's not full-screen on the main screen, but it's the best I could do at the moment because the way it's structured now, removing the bottom bar from the main screen would pretty much break the app because you couldn't get to now playing. I guess I could get rid of the top bar in this case...
