You are not alone. I have very the similar issues / problems - and am in the UK. For me, it stopped working, then it did work - I can't recall what I did in terms of plugins, and setting etc - and now, without changing anything, its stopped. I can access Rhapsody ie. search, playlists, etc etc. But it won't play. It keeps complaining that I've run out of credits on my Rhapsody 25 account. Of course, I haven't run out as my rhapsody / napster account shows my subs running through to next month sometime. I'm guessing someone's not migrated the accounts correctly... and I going to give customer services a call on Monday. Will let you know how I get on...
