Called customer services on 020 736510791 and pressed [1] for
billing/accounts.

Spoke to a lady who said that all Napster users got a 14 day trial on
migration. She then gave me a free month and said my card would then be
charged from now on.

As if by magic, it all works again.

Hope that helps anyone else in the UK struggling with this.
