No, as long as they provide the promised services for a certain time period for newly sold hardware. Example: Radio/Touch come with a two year warranty, so if they keep MySB.com functional for the next two years they are likely in the clear as this would be considered a "reasonable" service period for promised services. My hunch is we will see MySB.com for at least three years.
