Then it's probably putting in the mapped drive letter. Try typing in the UNC path instead, in the form of \\<servername>\<sharename> , where you insert the network name of your NAS or desktop in place of <servername> and the network name of the shared folder in place of <sharename>.
Oh, and be sure that the LMS user has read access to those shared folders. It's not enough for your username to have access.
