Well, they say that, but then they are not allowed to do it that way. So
they hide it a bit.
It works as bluegaspode writes: there's a "report a problem" link for
that in the confirmation mail you'll get.

If it doesn't work with the manual configuration either, mail me.
There's a link for that under "Help" in the App.
Also contains some diagnostics to help me see what's going on.
