Not sure about bridge. From reading i thought one only needed one player so long as it could be wired to your router. If not, then youd need the bridge next to router to feed the special wireless network connected to sonosplayer in location next to stereo in some other location. The vortexbox will feed a Sonos, but very different system. Sonos doesn't actually have a "server".
