Sorry to hear about your SB2. I've also just passed the 7-year mark with the SB system, and share your sentiments about what a great solution it is. You've probably already thought of this, but just in case, could it be the power supply? Do you have another SB2 or SB3 that you could try swapping in to test? And if you don't, you could order a replacement for $15-20 to check before sending the SB2 for recycling.
