That sounds really great : the specs you propose (i.e. included DAC and defaut jacks) and the related price make sense to me . I personnaly don't need the TOSLINK and depending on complexity, an IR receiver could be great (as I found it grear that with SB3 you don't need to power your phone or computer to do play / pause / modify volume)
