this seems to suggest that scanning hasn't finished and something is
wrong. What about the scanning logs (also on the information tab). Do
they say anything. A completed scan should look like this (note the
"finished scanning" text and the total time):

Discovering files/directories: /storage/music/flac   (77590 of 77590)  
Complete  00:02:11
Scanning new music files: /storage/music/flac   (67 of 67)   Complete

If I had done a clear and rescan on this library it would have been a
bit over an hour to scan. So 12 hours sounds very wrong.  And one should
be able to abort a current scan.  I think at this point I would shutdown
my Vortexbox and reboot it. Then I'd go to LMS on the VB (via
webbrowser) and do a clear and rescan from there.
