This one is pretty good for a non-async interface. It's a shame though that because it uses the Tenor chipset it lacks 88.2kHz support. The M2Tech HiFace 2 is probably the next best step up from this before getting into the more esoteric interfaces. It's a real shame that the Empirical Audio Off Ramp 5 uses the HiFace (1) chipset for USB audio input, which is no good for Linux, as this would be pretty much perfect otherwise as it also offers LVDS I2S output which is really hard to find on other interfaces. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ paulster's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=23073 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97721 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
