I think what's needed here is a bit more management of expectations, that's all. SLiMP3 support in 6.2 works for most people. It doesn't seem to work for this one person. The disappointment comes in the fact that 5.4 was fine for his needs, BUT IT OFFERED HIM AN UPGRADE that turned out to be a downgrade. For whatever reason.
Every upgrade can have bad consequences for *someone*. Maybe we should offer as easy a back down option.
