Hi! Just yesterday when i was browsing for Squeezebox I noticed it was gone from almost all stores on the web. Then I found out (a little late) that Logitech had discontinued the series... So I just wonder, what will this mean in the long-term? I have a Squeezebox Boom (and I love it - the best player ever!), will it eventually stop working with Squeezebox Server (again I now understand it is Logitech Media Server, what's the difference?)? I mostly listen to Spotify via the 3rd party plugin and radio stations. Is these services dependent on Logitechs mysqueezebox.com service at all? Actually I couldn't remember ever logging in to mysqueezebox.com... (although I created an account when I bought the Boom in early 2011).
Also I've been thinking of buying a Squeezebox Radio for quite a long time, my girlfriend also want a radio in the kitchen. Maybe this is the last chance now... Or is the UE Radio downgradeable to use Squeezebox Server?
