There is Michael Herger's plugin Smart Mix

http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?97668-Announce-Smart-Mix-plugin&highlight=smart+mix

My issue with that plugin is that I don't think it is possible to
define the directories scanned like MusicIP it does all the songs
scanned into LMS. Therefore in my case I can't play only FLAC music when
I use Smart Mix (I have 2 Libraries, MP3 and FLAC) it mixes both
libraries.
