Anyone have _recent_ success with this approach?
Under Preferences/General the item "Archive analysis when tracks are analyzed (modifies files)" can be selected. I assume that this will write the analysis metadata into the music files, but I did not use this option so far. I have also some tracks which can not be analyzed, mainly 24 bit flac downloads, but also some normal tracks obtained from ripping CDs, but this does not depend on whether the server is available or not. Concerning the server: My understanding is that the data obtained from the server had been generated by the MusicIP Mixer program of another user, which had been sent to the server for being used by the Music IP mixer programs of other users. Accordingly, the server is not essential for using MusicIP but of course very convenient, since is saves a lot of time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Otto-Wilhelm's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33332 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=99235 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
