I doubt there is any way to power subwoofer with Radio. I successfully synch the Boom with a Touch (or the Transporter (old tech) with a Touch and radio) with no issues. I suspect the problem is that the Boom is struggling with its wifi connection (interference or low power, etc.). And then when you are synching the players, the struggling boom causes the entire synched system to rebuffer. In the past I was having some rebuffering on my Transporter (which is wired with ethernet) and it turned out to be caused by the fact that it was synched with a RADIO (wifi) and the RADIO had fairly low wifi strength. I added a second WIFI AP so that the part of the house with RADIO got better strength and that solved the problem. Ethernet over powerline works very well too in one of my setups. *Location 1:* VortexBox 4TB (2.2) > LMS 7.8 > Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio) *Location 2:* VBA 3TB (2.2) > LMS 7.7.2 > Touch > Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio) *Office:* Win7(64) > LMS 7.8 > SqueezePlay *Spares:* VBA 4TB, SB3, Touch (3), Radio (3), CONTROLLER *Controllers:* iPhone4S (iPeng), iPad2 (iPengHD & SqueezePad), CONTROLLER, or SqueezePlay 7.8 on Win7(64) laptop Ripping (FLAC) - dbpoweramp, Tagging - mp3tag, Spotify ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=100609 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
