This one's just the first iteration, so I can understand their reasoning, a new player penetrating a market using that price point. And in any case the right solution, for audio, would be for amplifier manufacturers to just add an HDMI input. There's also no impediment for other people to copy the Chromecast device in any form they think marketable, so this is just the beginning, this thing should evolve pretty quickly as people discover more and more forms it can take, things it can do. I'm enthusiastic about it all, and that I can extend the Squeezebox concept further, maybe indefinitely, without going Sonos. And that's a Very Good Thing.
