I am about to start using SlimServer 6.2 for the first time. I want to be able to stream music to my PC at work but I am curious about my home network setup.
I have a server that I want to run SlimServer on and my FLAC collection is on my HTPC in the living room connected to the server by a Gigabit network. Would this cause problems or be a bad idea to have Slimserver on one PC and the audio files i want to stream on a seperate PC?
