Sorry for a silly question but this a silly thing I've done myself so I have to ask. Have you checked that your phone is connected to WiFi. I was tearing my hair out the other day with the same problem until I realised that for some reason my phone wasn't connecting, ended up rebooting my router to fix it, unusually I had a really good 3G signal so hadn't noticed.
