It is nothing to do with port forwarding. It is a basic networking issue. I would suggest that the new router's DHCP has dished out new/different IPs to the LMS & SBTouch. Go to home screen on Touch do My Music, then Change Library - do you see your LMS listed ? If so try connecting to it again.
