I already tried that before posting but that had no effect on it.

CPU is configured for its max speed 1.993 GHz (fixed) and all power
saving settings are disabled. 

Anything else I can check?
I also noticed I can't SSH into Daphile. Is that normal? Or is there
another way to get to the command prompt of the OS?
