Paden's case is really interesting.
Most of his occurrences seem to happen before the final 'd', like there
was some control characters at the very end of the string saying 'go
back one character and issue a carriage-return'.
I doubt Android would interpret ASCII control characters in strings the
way a *NIX shell would, though.
Unicode Bidirectional text control, or something alike, maybe?
Or just a weird bug in the app.
