In that black hole, just type
SqueezeSvr.exe --d_startup
(no start, as this would not run the command inside the DOS windows.

and more information. It looks as if LMS didn't find some of its libraries on
some system.
What antivirus product are you using? Did you check its logs whether it's
blocking LMS executables from extracting libraries?
