Xilinkx reset will reset all paramters but SB3 have flashable "hardware"
which sometimes gets faulty - Xlinx reset reprogram back to what it
should be.

Reconfiguring a clean Sb3 is not difficult (usually only WPA password)
and is a very small price to pay to get the SB3 working again.
