Would you suggest I install 7.7.9 then? (If so, can you give me a link
to where I can find it?)
7.9. It's a development release. It has lots of improvements over the
official 7.7.x (bug fixes as well as features), but it has not been
released. Which means: yes, it's great, and currently very stable. But
as I find time I might be working on it, potentially breaking it
temporarily.
But to re-assure you: I've been running nothing but 7.9 ever I
introduced that version number. Therefore I usually fix new bugs as
quickly as possible.

7.7.3 definitely is a bit old. There's an official Logitech supported
7.7.5 after all ;-)
