DJanGo mentioned a plugin you would have to edit etc. Probably much more complicated than needed.
7.9 comes with a very basic "multi library" support (I call it library views, or sub-libraries). You can eg. use the web UI's Advanced Search form to define a search which only includes the track for one of your library views. Then you save this definition under some name. It'll then be available from the My Music menu.
