Thank you. What a bummer. I just purchased a used TOUCH that didn't come with a remote, so my only ability to remotely control the unit is through the Apps; which I always thought just worked, but now that I'm using them heavily appear not to work reliably. :( I should never have sold my DUET remotes and SB TOUCH's.
