I have a UE Smart radio. Have lost several stations using the iHeart music app with error message "connection reset by local host." Totally regained every station and more by selecting: RADIO/LOCATIONS/NORTH AMERICA/STATE/CITY.
Regained access to all stations (apparently) that stream including NPR, low powers, etc. Apparently, according to a Clear Channel technical officer in Denver, Clear Channel corporate (iHeart operating center) may change the hosting address for a station's stream. For some reason the UE Smart Radio's iHeart music app doesn't find the new host. However, the RADIO app apparently does.
