Situation:
I have Squeezebox Classic with firmware v137 which I believe is the
newest version. It's on my local WLAN with good signal strength. I used
it as a speakerless nightstand clock for a long time, but now I moved it
to my media center PC so I can play my music collection through it
again.
Music path: media center PC on LAN runs the Logitech media server
software and has the music files > Squeezebox on WLAN plays the music >
Squeezebox is connected to my media center PC using a 3,5mm audio cable
> PC has Logitech 5.1 surround system.

Problem:
Whenever I let the Squeezebox play some music, it reboots after a
variable amount of time, always less than a few minutes.

Troubleshooting:
I've tried playing without any audio cable connected - still reboots.
This tells me the problem is not caused by the audio output connection.
I've tried a factory reset - still reboots. This tells me there weren't
any flaky settings before.
I've tried playing music from the local server library, and also
streamed from squeezenetwork.com - still reboots. This tells me the
reboots aren't caused by bad local server software or bad audio files.
What remains to be tested is a wired network connection, to rule out a
flaky wireless issue. Haven't tested that yet, I'm still looking for a
cable!

What is going on? What haven't I tested? What can I do to troubleshoot
this? What can I do to fix this?
