Presets are per player and are set by the user. There are similarities because the stations and menu items under Internet Radio (or Radio) are all handled by TuneIn. Some stations availability will vary between the two. Also the TuneIn app seems to utilize https when the station offers it while the same station in Internet Radio (or Radio) only uses http (SqueezeBox players cannot play https).
