Regarding iPeng on Android: currently not. Takes too much time so I'd have to hire someone to do it and there's definitely not enough business in there to justify that. Also, there are a few decent Android Apps. In the past I tried to get around this by partnering with the developer of SqueezeCommander but eventually he didn't have the time to continue maintaining it.
