No you'll need to tell Windows explicitly that LMS is a good
application.  IIRC the LMS firewall entry is made as part of the install
process, after you delete you need to manually add a "new rule" for a
program and then detail the LMS executable.

Before deleting the current LMS rule or rules  - look in detail at how
the LMS rule is currently setup - it should be something like Genral Tab
- "allow Logitech media server to accept inbound connections" and other
tabs may be fairly lax (i.e. all ports).  Then you'll know how to
re-create the rule.
