I don;t use Windows on a daily basis - only to test plugin so I can't
say if that file is the right one unless you show the full directory
path.

If you want to be thorough.
1. Uninstall LMS using LMS uninstall facility
2. Delete all LMS and Squeezeserv stuff in the firewall
3. Reboot the system in cache something is cached.
4. Install LMS - why use an old version ? why not 7.9.2 ?   For example,
7.7.6 may not able to fully handle HTTPS stream or URLs and so you may
get "odd" errors.
