Just check First that when you use the PC to write a file to the Pi HD that LMS can subsequently scan and read it OK
Linux uses users/groups and file permissions in a different way to Windows It will probably work but worth checking before you use synctoy to automate it Also have you checked that LMS can write to the playlist folder?
