It's only write cycles you need to worry about. Just reading from a SSD
is completely benign. Since a music server is used overwhelmingly for
reading rather than writing (you do listen more often than update the
library, I presume), then I'd say an LMS type of use is ideally suited
to SSDs - low power and completely silent.
