Looks like a line driver defect. It's not a typical issue though, these displays are pretty solid. Anyway, in this case there is not much else you can do but replace the display entirely. I can supply displays, or even take care of the repair job, whichever you prefer. I'm based in Germany and EU-wide shipping shouldn't be much of a problem. Outside EU is a different story though...
