I am in the UK but I have a Qobuz France subscription because I started using Qobuz for downloads before they officially opened up to the UK market (at the time, I had to email them asking for an account).
My monthly subscription has now (automatically) dropped from 19.99 Euro to 15.99 Euro but I still seem to on the old HiFi account as far as streaming is concerned, i.e. without HiRes (not that that bothers me).
