I cannot stream Tidal through the app or LMS. It acts like it's going to play, and everything appears normal on the display but there is no sound. Pandora and everything else works fine, just Tidal. I contacted them to ask, and the "support" was absolutely useless. My subscription is for Tidal Premium, do I need a Hi-Fi account for this to work right?
