Possibly - the program looks for LMS on your LAN i.e. it broadcasts a
datagram packet to which any running LMS server should respond - this
version stops scanning as soon as it gets a response from any server (
first server to answer is taken ) so if you have more than one it could
cause a problem if it doesn't pick the right one.

For example my home setup runs on a Raspberry Pi which is visible
therefore available to any device on my network. So when I run the
program on my Windows laptop it finds the server running on the Pi and
connects to it.

What network setup do you have ? how many LMS servers do you have ? it's
common to have multiple players but not servers ( don't see the point )
but be aware just because you have a server running on your IMac if it
isn't available on your LAN it wont be found.

We can't stop here this is bat country. RIP Hunter S Thompson.
