Make sure you logged into yahoo, my initial yahoo looks like this: 31018 then when I log my name and avatar pic: 31019 then I choose mail, then my spam folder: 31020 I seldom use my yahoo account. My regular account is a verizon email address that is now handled by aol mail. The email clients I use are outlook and bluemail (android). I was losing some mail and I could not find it in the spam/junk folders of outlook or bluemail, so I logged into aol mail and there is was. You have to track it down, step by step, either forward or back. That's why I suggested that you try a iphone/android app, or tablet app with something other than thunderbird. If you aren't getting it on anything, take the next step, as kidstypike suggested, look in yahoo mail. The other thing to check is with ATT your isp. There might be a layer of "protection" there that you are not aware of. After all, they are accepting your $ to provide you with internet and your email right? You should be getting what you are paying for.
