I'm no expert on the inner workings of the forum system, but I think that all PM's and posts to subscribed threads (assuming email notification enabled should send an email for the address example, and it should be received by yahoo, and passed on to thunderbird, in your case.... but your mail made me think of something...to insure that its simply the email that is getting lost (as you seem to indicate from your notification badge of "2")...check out: 1) Your email address is correct on the forum (I know...) 2) go to my profile->settings and see if you see subscribed threads, and check the notification type, make sure it is a email type, I choose "instant" 31051 3) go to settings and check subscribed threads with new posts, make sure you see some. Note that if you read the last post, I think the thread does not appear here (i.e. its not new). 31052 4) On that page then go to "view all subscribed threads" you should see a list of all your subscribed threads, new post or not, again check the notification type: 31053 My thought is that if you see PMs on the forum, and you see all of the subscribed threads on the forum as well, but you don't get email notifications, it is that connection, starting with the correct email address, through the isp to the mail client. One other thought is to open a new email account, say gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc, maybe eeyore2, and register with the forum and subscribe to a few threads and see what happens. If that works, maybe it's just a problem with your profile, and maybe an admin could delete your old one and you could recreate eeyore.
