I just tried ClassicFM - with URL from radio.net plugin https://media-ssl.musicradio.com/ClassicFM and it played here - although I am using a Joggler and LMS proxied it so that I receive it as FLAC I have not dug deeper - but SSL could well be the problem for OP (perhaps Global have changed their security configuration)
