I found the older release (not helpful since I do not remember which one it was) to be more stable and have stuck with it. I do have to reboot them every now and then ... perhaps monthly ... which might be related to the SqueezePlay number overflow issue.
2 of them (bathroom and kitchen) are used daily. I just had a quick look at the birdslikewires site and did not find the old release. My copy is on a USB stick that I pop into a new (to me) Joggler when it arrives. Recently provided 2 to another household in the family.
