I have three in regular use and they work fine. I do find @chill's Jivelite image to be far more reliable than the other images which caused regular lock-ups and return to prompt. I was about to call it a day but followed the advice to reflash with the stock O2 image first and then reflash with @chill's image which is pretty close to a Touch in terms of functionality. In five months I have had them freeze once which simply required a reboot. I have two running on internal flash and one running off a Sandish Cruzer 16Gb mini USB.
