It looks like I've got everything connected, set up and running. I double checked that I carried out the instructions from kidtypike and KeBul and the picoreplayer.org site. All looks good. See screen shot. It appears to be playing from an Internet streaming source.
But I can't get any sound. I should say I can't get any sound through my DAC and out through my stereo system. Sound does come through the TV that I set up this morning. I have a Topping D30 DAC. So I have hooked up to it with a USB cable from the RP. there are four USB outlets on the RP. Does it matter which one I use? PiCP has a number of "Audio Output Device Settings." I've tried: USB Audio; Generic/simple ESS9023; and a couple others. Then there is a setting under "Change Squeezelite settings" named "Output settings" that has a pick list of things like: default; plugeaual; equal and others. I've tried a few of those. With each selection I click on Save, Stop LMS, and reboot the RP. Is there a secret code to getting the sound out to the Topping D30? PiCP.org has some instructions about the Topping E30 but it doesn't seem to apply here.
