I had the same issue with a SB3 Classic. The cure was to open the unit (remove the PSU first) and then gently pry both the WiFi card and the Network Card off. I then cleaned the connector pins on each unit thoroughly using a contact cleanerand small brush. That was nine months ago, the SB3 is in daily use and has been absolutely perfect since, has never rebooted, not even once. Seems the connector pins build up oxidation over time, more troublesome I suppose if you live near the sea.
